Mischief Monday: Cleaning the Car

While mom cleans the car, I clean the trunk and take out all my toys! Yep, mom should not have let me see my frisbee in the trunk.

This past weekend my humans went to a family reunion where they were able to meet up with lots of family and friends that live out of town. That's why I have been absent this past week from the world.

But I am back and well rested. I am excited to get ready for the 4th of July this week and enjoy so much needed quality time with my humans.

Disclaimer: Spencer the Goldendoodle was supervised the entire time and was never left unattended.

Wordless Wednesday: PrideBites Toys

I have some exciting news that benefits all of my readers! Last month PrideBites contacted me and asked if I would like to be one of their official "PrideBites Pawtner." Of course I said yes!

So, what does this mean? PrideBites will occasionally send me their new products to test and review.

I received my first PrideBites toy through a Bugsy's Box, a monthy box subscription. And I love it, check out this video to see my playing with Muddles the Pig in action. Please ignore being video bombed by Callie the Cat.

I bet you are wondering what is PrideBites and why do they make a great toy?

The PrideBite is a dog toy made of two layers of soft durabite fleece with a rip stop technology sewn between the layers. The Durabite foam is light weight, interactive, allows the toy to float and helps retain its shape. Plus the squeakers are encased in pouches and then sewn onto the toy for safety. Not to mention they are washing machine safe!

Right now if you purchase any of their PrideBite toys off their website use the promo code, "Spencer" and receive 10% off your order!

So, what are you waiting for head over there now. These toys are wonderful for the summer time in the pool or at the lake.

Mischief Monday: Men being Men

Helping my dad working on a project for mom. Nothing like saw dust, power tools and the great outdoors to bond with your dad.

Can you guys what we are making?
Hint: It is going to be used outside at a party.

Disclaimer: Spencer was not around while the power tools were running and he was supervised the entire time while he was outside.

Black n White Sunday: Spencer the Song Writer

Driving through the Woods
By: Spencer
(Sung to the tone of "Dashing through the Snow")

Driving through the woods
In my mom's white beat up car
Over the fields we go
Barking all the way.

Squeakers in the tennis balls
Making Spencer's spirit bright
Oh, what fun it is to ride and howl
A doggy song tonight.

Jingle collar
Jingle collar
Jingle all the way
Oh what fun it is to ride
In a mom's white beat up car we go, HEY!

Thoughtless Thursday: Dental Check Up

The amazing staff from Valuecare Veterinary Clinic from Chaska, Minnesota provided free dental screening and nail trimming while at the Pet Expo.

They were wonderful and gave me lots of attention and treats. How is a dog suppose to pass up both of those!

While at the Expo I learned so much about my teeth and how to better care for them. I'm excited to share with you all next week a new product that I found!

So here is the question for all of you:
Do you get your pets teeth professionally cleaned? How do you maintain your pets pearly white teeth? What products do you use?

Tasty Tuesday: Snow Cones and Cup Cakes

While at the Pet Expo I got to try my first ever Doggie Sno Cone! I have had snow before but this was much more tasty!

My mom needs to get one of these machines for our kitchen.

A couple of months ago my mom went to Nadia Cakes and came home with some amazing Pupcakes.

Since we were in the Twin Cities this past weekend we decided to swung by Nadia's and picked up some delicious cupcakes. I mean, how could a dog pass up these.....

It is a good thing that we are over an hour away, other wise I would be there every week!

Later today I will be announcing the winner for the Three Dog Bakery contest! Stay tuned! :)

Scoop That Poop: Pet Expo Edition

As most of you know this past weekend we went to the Minnesota Pet Expo. We spent all day there and were amazed at how many pet parents didn't pick up after their dog and we were inside. Not only did we see abandoned poop, but throw up and dribbles as well.

At the event they had an indoor Pet Potty Area that you could bring your pets to do their business. They also had a wonderful staff of official Pooper Scoopers ready to assist when nature calls.

I am sad to say that I got excited to see Shorty that I had an accident. But instead of walking away my mom and me kept watch and warned people before they stepped in it. Then my aunt went looking for an official Pooper Scooper to help save the day.

So, even if you dog has an accident, weather it is outside or inside, do the right thing and Scoop That Poop

Check out this awesome key chain we got from the event! Please not, the photo with me next to the huge turd is not mine but a display. :)

Black n White Sunday: Meeting Emma

Yesterday at the Minnesota Pet Expo, I was so happy to have run into Emma the star of My GBGV Life. I must admit, I was a little star struck at first.

But after talking to her and her mom they are so sweet and contain such a wealth of knowledge about blogging. I think my mom could have asked them questions for days.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Father's Day!

Thoughtless Thursday: Mail

Our mailman has been busy and I love it!

The first two pieces of mail are from two of my pals who are girls, Emma and Dolly!

Emma is the star of the My GBGV Life blog. She was so kind to send me a couple of her magnets in a beautiful card. Isn't it gorgeous!

The second card I received is from Dolly who is the star of Dolly the Doxie blog. How cool is this card, it is actually a calendar. I can then use the magnet to hang it on the fridge!

Would also like to wish Dolly a Happy early Birthday!
